I recently completed Mental Health for Sport and Physical Activity through UK Coaching and First4Sport.
If you need someone to talk to or any support with yours or your child’s mental health I am happy to be contacted. I am a qualified Person-centred counsellor and have worked with both adults and young people. In recent years I have mainly offered one to one counselling but for several years I worked with Triumph Over Phobia which offered group support in managing phobias, general anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder. I believe that peer support is valuable in helping to manage our mental health and I am happy to be a part of this team.
